The complainant alleged that Inspector Naresh Kumar was demanding \u20b918,500 from him in exchange for purchasing and lifting the harvested crop. The accused had threatened that if the bribe was not paid, he would create hurdles in the lifting of the upcoming wheat crop. Accused of Harassing Farmers and Commission Agents: According to the complainant, the said Inspector would frequently and deliberately find faults with the crops brought in by farmers solely to extort bribes.
